Let me present you with (E)lephant
This utility is pretty amazing as it lets you do everything you want (same as a Premium User)
It can download from Rapidshare as we'll as Megaupload
Main Features :

- Re-Connect
- Auto-Start
It can re-connect in ADSL connections
BSNL Users may use this script :
Change your connection name to BSNL first
Go To Start>Settings>Network Connections>Right Click & Open
Select Your Connection
Right Click & Rename it to BSNL (You can change it to anything you want just be sure that you change it in .BAT file too)

rasdial BSNL /disconnect
rem ping -n 20 127.0.0.1 >nul
rasdial BSNL username password
ipconfig /flushdns
Change the username with your complete username (that you've entered in BSNL connection) and password with your password
Save the file as reconnect.bat (Yes change the extension to .BAT)
Place the file anywhere (I put that in the (E)lephant folder)

Do remember to change connection name , username & password
Just open the file in notepad to do so
