We'll you must have used Notepad very we'll & sometimes it feels lazy to do job in it
For example you have to cut & paste a URL from it to the browser just to open a website
So how about a notepad with added functionality
We'll while working I just thought of it & came up with the idea of adding it here
We'll do keep in mind that using this script you'll be able to change you Notepad with any other "Pad".
Few of the pads that you can use to are Notepad++ , Notepad2 , Metapad & the list is never ending
We'll I installed my edited Win32pad....!!!
Before starting just make a backup of notepad by going to %windir%\system32
Then copy Notepad.exe from there (alternatively you can search for the file & copy it)
To replace just create a new folder in you drive C:
Name it as Notepad
Put the "Pad" you want to replace in C:\Notepad
Rename the file to Notepad.exeNow just download the .BAT file & run it
%WinDir%\System32\dllcache
%WinDir%\ServicePackFiles\i386
%WinDir%\System32
%WinDir%
